Who We Are

Seth Rogers

Seth graduated from the University of Michigan in 2005 studying Business Administration and Finance. Seth has been involved in all aspects of real estate and investments with a focus on private equity transactions. He is a visionary with a keen talent for transforming opportunities into successful partnerships and is adept at making connections between businesses -- bringing owners and investors together to form mutually beneficial relationships. Having grown up in the business under the mentorship of both his father and grandfather, Seth is particularly knowledgeable on ways to increase value in real estate and maximize operations for increased returns.

Richard Kerwin

Richard graduated from the University of Michigan Ross Business School in 2005 and has held a Michigan Brokers License since 2009. Prior to joining IDC in 2022, Richard worked for two large Midwest development companies acquiring valuable experience and market knowledge. He has been involved in all aspects of real estate including evaluating and underwriting acquisitions and development, debt and equity sourcing, placement for new acquisitions and refinancing, budgeting, forecasting, leasing and all management activities.

Deanna Traver

A CPA since 1992, Deanna graduated from Michigan State University in 1988 as an accounting major and has enjoyed a career across a wide spectrum of growth opportunities and experiences. This includes CPA firms in SE Michigan and Phoenix, AZ, private and non-profit entities, and family offices, achieving increasing levels of responsibility and authority. Deanna possesses significant knowledge and expertise in the financial management of a commercial real estate company. She provides in-depth analyses of investment opportunities and has been controller/CFO at IDC Rogers since 2014.

Denise Cook

Denise began her career in 1997, working for one of the largest property trust companies in Michigan She began her career in the Accounting Department and climbed the corporate ladder to become a property manager. In that position she was responsible for the oversite of approximately 500,000 square feet of shopping centers in multiple states and the management of a $1.5 million budget. Denise joined IDC in 2015, bringing almost two decades of accounting and property management expertise to the firm.

Tony Ford

Tony is responsible for the management and build-out of existing commercial/industrial properties and handles all aspects of these activities from coordinating quotes and bids to tenant move-in scheduling. He is also responsible for overseeing all construction activities to meet each tenant’s specific needs.

William Cook

William graduated from Stevenson High School in 2023. While attending community college William joined IDC as an intern. He is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Information Technology.
