The leadership team at IDC is continually focused on expanding the company’s real estate portfolio through acquisitions. We welcome discussion of acquisitions in all markets in the U.S. We will consider proposals from owners with all credit profiles and we are flexible regarding lease terms.

IDC is particularly focused on properties that meet the following criteria:

• Asset class: Primarily single tenant industrial, commercial and multifamily

• Real estate landscape: Preference for areas nationwide with a growing demographic and additional development, expansion and acquisition opportunities; Metropolitan Statistical Areas (MSAs) of 1 million or more

• Transaction size: $5 million to $100 million

• Tenant profile: Credit tenants with remaining lease terms of five or more years are preferred

IDC has the internal expertise to perform all due diligence on acquisition proposals, making transactions with IDC timely and efficient. With shorter due diligence cycles property owners benefit from greatly shortened closing times. IDC provides all cash closings. Funding for IDC’s real estate acquisitions is readily available through existing unsecured discretionary lines of credit and cash reserves.
